Policy
GoSWAC.COM strives to insure
that our customers receive only
the highest quality service and
merchandise. However we realize
that you may need to return an
item to us. To insure a credit for
your returns, please do the
following:
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER
IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. WE WILL
ACCEPT RETURN OF MANY ITEM'S)
WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF
RECEIPT. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT
RETURNS AFTER THIS AUTHORIZED
RETURN PERIOD.

p.m. MST] or email service@goswac.com
for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION ("R.A")
NUMBER. After 30 days, any
problems you have with your
equipment should be addressed
directly to the manufacturer. Your
return must be received within 15
days from the date the R.A.# is
issued or it becomes invalid.
To assure that credit is
issued, all items must be returned
in ORIGINAL UNUSED condition. All
warranty cards, product manuals,
etc. must be in ORIGINAL,
unaltered condition. If any of
these components are missing we
will not honor a refund. Do not
tape or deface manufacturer's
original (product) cartons.
Cartons returned without UPC
symbols will not be honored. If
products sent to you were damaged,
our shipper has insurance on
damaged goods. Any damaged goods
must be reported immediately to
the shipper at time of delivery or
within a 24 hour period. If
product is obviously damaged at
time of delivery, please refuse
shipment.
GoSWAC.COM will not accept any
returns in other than ORIGINAL
condition.
ALL CHEMICAL MATERIAL
(cleaners, compounds, paints,
adhesives, etc) must be UNOPENED,
UNUSED and in ORIGINAL condition.
Once security caps have been
removed or punctured, you can no
longer legally ship them or return
them. We will not honor return
requests.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE
NOT REFUNDABLE.
Pack all items to be returned
in a sturdy shipping carton (you
may use the original shipping
carton if you wish). Print the "R.A."
number on all 6 sides of the
shipping carton. Ship returned
items back by the most convenient
means. We suggest you ship by an
insurable method. Products not
originally reported as damaged
that arrive damaged, will not be
credited. You would need to be
compensated from the shipper as
GoSWAC cannot offer a refund on
the damaged goods. Please enclose
a "copy" (keep original) of your
sales receipt.
Exchanged merchandise cannot be
returned for a second exchange or
credit.
There are full refunds less
freight, we
will credit your credit card
account.
Special Order merchandise is
NOT returnable. Period.

GoSWAC.COM is not responsible
for merchandise damaged by
customer misuse or failure to
follow instructions specified in
the supplied owner's manual. This
also includes instructions or
precautions associated with the
use or disposal of products as
specified by their Material Safety
Data Sheets(MSDS).
